Welcome to Agritopia HOA Advocacy Group — The Agritopia HOA Advocacy Group page is created as an informational page for Agritopians and Agritopia Businesses regarding the Associations that Agritopia Homeowners and Non-Residential Owners are members of. Agritopia is a mixed use masterplanned community located in Gilbert, AZ. The Agritopia Masterplanned community has Two (2) Associations: Agritopia Community Master Association and Agritopia Neighborhood Homeowners’ Association. For Residential Owners, they are member of both Agritopia Neighborhood Homeowners’ Association and Agritopia Community Master Association. There are 452 Homeowners. For Non-Residential (Commercial, Multi-Family - Apartment / Condominium, Agriculture, School, Shopping Center and etc.) Owners, they are only members of Agritopia Community Master Association. There is approximately 50+/- Acres of Non-Residential Owners. This page will seek to provide information on the significant decisions made by the Board of Directors, management of the HOA managers. Agritopia HOA Advocacy Group seeks to encourage homeowners to actively participate in their Agritopia (Neighborhood & Community Master) HOAs’.
